CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY DEPOSIT ?

​

Refunds are not applicable where the clients cancels or reschedules their appointment. If for any reason you would like to reschedule your appointment a new deposit is required. Credit notes and refunds are not applicable if a client cancels due to, travel, work, illness, event cancellation etc. 

​

In the unfortunate circumstance the client or the salon is experiencing a global pandemic, where the appointment cannot be upheld, a credit note will be provided to the client. Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the initial booking.

In the unforeseen circumstance where Jasmin B Makeup has had to forfeit the appointment a full refund will apply.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

​

Jasmin B Makeup only travels for bridal makeup and on location shoots. Clients are to travel to the salon based in Roselands.

​

​

HOW LONG DOES A MAKEOVER TAKE ?

​

Glam Makeup duration: 45 minutes - 1.5 hour

Bridal makeup and bridal trials can take up to 2HRS

HOW SHOULD I PREP PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

For any makeup application, please follow these steps:

 

Flawless makeup all comes down to your skin preparation

​

- arrive to your appointment with freshly cleansed skin, and follow your usual skincare routine so your skin doesn't dry out between washing your face and arriving to your appointment

​

- please don't wear any makeup to your appointment (this includes BB cream, mascara and any other cosmetic products)

​

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN LASHES?

​

Artists at Jasmin B Makeup provide a free pair of lashes for all clients. If you would like to utilise your own lashes, this can be done!

POLICIES | PROCEDURES

COVID - 19 | GLOBAL PANDEMIC 

​

Our first priority at Jasmin B Makeup is the safety of our clients and team members. Although we have always practiced high sanitation standards, we have implemented new policies in guidance with the NSW GOV safety plans. 

​

Regarding the outbreak of the corona virus disease (COVID 19) Jasmin B Makeup is taking proactive measures based on the recommendations of medical professionals. 

 

We ask that if you are experiencing flu like symptoms (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell) to please advise us as soon as possible to have your appointment cancelled. We ask for your understanding in this matter as the safety of us all is priority. 

 

  • When you arrive for your appointment please immediately use our hand sanitiser to the left of the door upon entry.

  • You must come to your appointment ALONE. Unfortunately, at this time family/friends and children will be prohibited.

  • Hand sanitising stations will be located frequently throughout the facility in locations where hand washing may not be readily available

  • Our staff will be wearing face masks during treatments.

  • All surfaces and equipment will be wiped down after every encounter with medical grade disinfectant and alcohol.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to the privacy of customer information, and prioritise the confidentiality of your personal information. We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy legislation affecting your personal information. Your rights are protected by law and this policy does not limit those rights.

Jasmin B Makeup will not disclose, sell or provide your information to a third party without your consent. When purchasing a product we DO NOT store your credit card details on any computers or servers administered by us.
